Our community is governed by an all volunteer five member Board of Directors with a job to promote the general welfare and safety of our residents and guests. The Board administers the operating budget and employs part-time property staff. Board members are elected by the homeowners at annual meetings held in November of each year.
There are 87 condominiums housed in 22 buildings at Waterway South (WWS) all centered around a clubhouse, pool, tennis court and two ponds. The community is surrounded by beautiful marshes and the Stono River.
The Waterway South Owners’ Association, Inc. encourages the participation, involvement and cooperation of every resident to insure the safety, continuity, peace, beauty and livability of our special community.
